- We rolled out convenient new services for students through the new Workday Student platform, a one-stop shop for managing academic records, financial aid and more.

- Talent acquisition features in Workday now simplify processes for faculty certification; recruiting, and onboarding new employees.
- Lynn earned a spot on the "Great Colleges to Work for" Honor Roll based on faculty and staff feedback in the ModernThink Higher Education Insight Survey.

- Enhanced facilities
- We broke ground on a new residence hall, scheduled to open in Fall 2025. The project will provide affordable, on-campus living options for Lynn's expanding student population.
- Since opening last year, our new Snyder Center for Health and Wellness has logged more than 45,000 visits for the fitness center, strength and conditioning, counseling services, and student health and wellness.
- Signature programs
- We updated our career preparation course and tested the new curriculum with 25 students. The pilot was a success, and as of the 2024–25 academic year, all undergraduate students will take it to prepare for their first jobs and ongoing career success.
- Campus leaders and difference makers
- Kathy Kroupa earned a promotion to athletics director.
- Bill Morosco joined as head men's basketball coach.
- Lynn appointed David Dudgeon as general counsel.
- Madison Slate took on the role of interim director of campus operations.

- Impactful partnerships
- We partnered with Dart to implement hospitality training in the Cayman Islands. Led by Dr. Karima Lanfranco, the two-week sessions offered in August 2023 and May 2024 provided on-the-job training and exposure to various roles in the industry.
- Lynn University and Republic Airways collaborated on the Career Pipeline Interview Program to provide students access to highly sought-after pilot positions.
- New learning pathways
- Since launching Blueprint last year, 91 departments and student and student organizations have adopted the new interactive community platform, and 2,931 students have signed on to connect with their peers and get involved on campus.
- This year, the student affairs team leveraged Blueprint to create a Student Experience Transcript (SET) to empower students with a measurable way to tell their stories to future employers. SET showcases the competencies, achievements and learning milestones they've achieved at Lynn.
- Active supporters
- Steve and Marla Garchik and their Garchik Family Foundation pledged $1 million to fund student scholarships. The gift ensures that high-performing students with financial needs have access to quality education, professional tools and expert faculty.
