In 2016–17, Lynn University's students, faculty, staff, alumni and administrators came together to reimagine our future. Using design thinking, we set bold priorities to guide us through 2025. The result was Lynn 2025: Design for the future.
Launched in 2018, the plan focused on three principles:
- Engaging our community to promote our culture
- Elevating the student experience
- Expanding programs and opportunities
Today, that vision has been delivered—and in this edition of Lynn magazine, we celebrate the results and the people who made it possible. Lynn 2025 was a roadmap for growth, powered by innovation in curriculum, technology and campus design. Together, we earned national recognition as one of the most innovative universities in the country. We grew enrollment and retention, strengthened our endowment, invested in championship athletics and built facilities that support student living, health and wellness. We launched new programs, pioneered learning models and built partnerships that created exciting opportunities for our students. And our donors rallied behind our mission with transformative gifts to fuel scholarships, academics and the student experience.
All along, we've been looking for ways to invest in our students' talents and ambitions. That spirit continues with our new Blueprint Rewards program—a unique initiative that lets students earn scholarships and perks by building real-world skills. The more effort they put into their education, the more they get out of it. By connecting financial rewards directly to student engagement, Lynn delivers exceptional value for families while giving students a clear, motivating blueprint for success.
